Rescheduling or canceling a scheduled exam

If you need to make any changes to your scheduled exam date or time, please log in to your account and click Schedule / Launch an exam to Access Webassessor. In Webassessor, select the My Assessments page and click Reschedule or Cancel next to your scheduled exam.

For onsite exams scheduled at a testing center, a late rescheduling or cancellation fee is applied if you update your registration less than 72 hours before your scheduled exam start time.

For online proctored exams taken remotely, a late rescheduling or cancellation fee is applied if you update your registration less than 24 hours before your scheduled exam start time.
